Hydra Strategies LLC (doing business as Early Career Development Coach) (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users.  Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.

“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can schedule appointments to purchase and receive career guidance and resources, particularly those geared towards young professionals, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and personalized career coaching, and purchase certain products such as books.

 

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.

“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

Information We Collect

In order to better provide you with services offered, we collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” We do not process any sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).

 

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as:

  1. anonymous usage data

  2. general demographic information

  3. referring/exit pages and URLs

  4. platform types

  5. preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

 

Personal Information includes information which you submit to us through the contact form process at the Site, such as:

If you purchase the Company's services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. All payment data is stored by Stripe. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain services. These may include sending us an email message and submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us.

Payments

The Company may provide certain paid products within the Site. In that case, third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors) may be used.

 

The Company will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
